Cancellation Window and Deposit Policy
We ask for 1 business day (24hrs) for cancellations. Where your appointment is cancelled within this time you will be charged a $50 deposit towards your next appointment. If you are to cancel again within one business day the deposit will be kept as a cancellation fee.
Case-by-Case Consideration for Cancellations
If you cancel, your reason for cancelling will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and this policy will be applied accordingly.
Your Responsibility to Manage Appointments
We give you reminders and multiple opportunities to change your appointment. It is your responsibility to let us know if you cannot make your appointment.
